2.1 Merlin token (MRN)
The MerlinToken is the backbone token of the MerlinProtocol ecosystem because it gives the right to participate and vote in the DAO.
The MerlinToken MRN will give the right to those who hold it to vote in the MerlinDAO, a decentralized organization that has the power to vote to modify the different criteria and parameters of the investment funds. Among these parameters we can think for example of the applicable fees, which and how many tokens to put in the portfolio, according to which proportions, the criteria according to which it is possible to invest in microcap tokens, the frequency of the token buyback from the Liquidity Pool through the fees generated by the protocol to distribute the tokens bought with the buyback for staking.
Examples of decisions that can be voted on by the DAO:
rebalancing parameters for funds (intended as a system)
proposals and acceptance of new oracles
possible monetization models for the system
creation of special long term funds managed by the DAO
management of revenues fees from investments
