8.5 DEX Expansion

Although at an early stage MerlinProtocol will only use Quickswap on Polygon and Uniswap on Ethereum as swapping and pooling protocols, later on the intent will become to provide users with a constant expansion of outlet exchanges, both decentralized and non-decentralized.

This expansion will be driven by a progressive generalization of the communication protocol through computer objects of common structure (SwappingObject) that will be able to go indifferently to draw on different exchanges, ensuring new exchangeable pairs even of lower capitalization, the best prices, greater liquidity and consequently greater resilience of the system.

The SwappingObject will be the generalization to all proprietary transaction formats required by smart contracts and exchange APIs, with individual instances of the objects having the different characteristics needed to act as connectors.
