3.4 Basket managed directly by MerlinDAO

A second possible type of basket is the one managed directly by the MerlinDAO, where the incoming and outgoing assets of each fund rebalancing are decided by the MerlinDAO. This type of voting, since it relates to decisions that by their nature need to be quick in order to respond effectively to market changes, will have tighter time windows than other decisions that can be voted on by the DAO and will not require a minimum number of participants, but only a majority of those voting to be approved.
